of Avcorp Registrations is Peter Leventhal who is widely regarded
as the expert in the field of US aircraft registration for foreign
owners. Peter is an English lawyer specialising in international
air law. He holds both US and British ATP licences and is also
a Multi Engine Instrument FAA certified flight instructor. He
operates a US registered aircraft and is regularly consulted by
banks, law firms, financial institutions and other businesses
on US aircraft ownership. He has written several articles on this
subject for flying magazines, copies of which are available on
